Fault response and maintenance

SABRENet is maintained on behalf of SABRENet Ltd by licensed telecommunications carrier Amcom Pty Ltd (now managed by Vocus).

Under a long term agreement with SABRENet Ltd, Amcom Pty Ltd is responsible for maintaining the SABRENet infrastructure, including responding to faults, damage to the network and Dial before You Dig enquiries.
